Outbound Training

Outbound  Experiential Training is a training method for enhancing organizational performance through experiential learning. 

Outbound  Exp  experiential learning eriential Training generally revolves around activities designed to improve leadership, communication skills, planning, change management, delegation, teamwork, and motivation. Participants are divided into teams and assigned tasks or activities for completion in a specified time.

​Achievement, performance and behaviours during these activities are reviewed through a process of discussion called debriefing, to identify behaviors that enhance performance or lead to failure or decreased performance. Strategies are formulated to deal with factors that hinder, and these strategies are then put to use in the activities that follow, to test their effectiveness and ultimately help the participants learn to change behaviours or processes back at work. 

In Outbound Experiential Training Sessions, the facilitator invites the group to achieve a goal, but does not explain how to successfully complete the activity. Participants must work to find a solution individually and together as a team, and must communicate and learn from each other in order to be successful. The Learning begins with the experience followed by reflection, discussion, analysis and evaluation of the experience.

Structured Learning Methodology   The learning activities range from storytelling, management games, role plays, adventure based learning, outdoor activities, art, theater, drama, sports based learning to name a few of the activities employed.

We fully involve our customer in the entire step by step process.   

Post Training Follow Up – Our team assists and coaches the participants to transfer the learning outcomes of the program into action plan and does regular follow-ups to make sure the learnings are not only identified and addressed but also implemented at the workplace.
