Tquad training includes, A Group Discussion (GD) is a technique used for corporate companies, educational institutes, and other organizations to judge the communication skills of the participant.Communication skill is a crucial factor than technical knowledge in any corporate environment. A Personal Interview normally lasts anywhere from 15- 45 minutes. In a personal interview, the training interviewers try to find out the candidate problems and guiding them.
OUTDOOR LEARNING USING FLIP CLASSROOMS
A flipped classroom is an instructional strategy,a type of blended learning that reverses the traditional learning environment by delivering instructional content, outside of the classroom. In a flipped classroom, students watch online lectures, collaborate in online discussions and the classroom with the guidance of a mentor.
